We have worked with the team at Heartland Retail (formerly Springboard) and BigCommerce to create a seamless integration between the two systems to enable you to turn all your physical stores into Pick Up locations and fulfilment centres.
The RANDEM BOPIS SOLUTION allows you to easily select all the stores you would like to push up to BigCommerce from Heartland Retail, using their out-of-the-box BigCommerce integration and our APP will consume all these stores and their inventories and in-turn display them in your BigCommerce store.
This will allow you to than enable your E-Commerce store to start to sell all your inventory from all your Heartland Retail Stores that are online enabled.
With our partners at DressUp we have enabled all their stores to be available for their customers to pick up from. Customers can find the store by either entering the ZIP Code or by typing in the name of the store.
Once their store is selected, every time they visit a product they will be able to see if the inventory for that specific product is available in their chosen store. If it isn’t it gives them the option to choose other stores that might have it.
Retail data is showing that enabling your Online Store to provide a Pick Up in-store option increases your conversion opportunity by up to 25%.
Another fact shows that on average up to 30% of all online orders will be a Pick-Up in-store, giving you the opportunity to save on Shipping and increase the opportunity of up-selling when customers come into your store.
